What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic refreshments. Inclusions can vary according to the type of service — for instance, sunset excursions come with premium soft drinks and small bites, while business charters offer meeting facilities and options for business-related catering.
How much time in advance should I book?
Booking at a minimum of 2–3 weeks in advance is advisable, particularly during the high season from May to September. For business gatherings and private functions, reserving your spot 4–6 weeks beforehand ensures better availability and more time for personalized arrangements.
What occurs if the weather is bad?
Our first concern is safety. In the event the captain deems the weather conditions unsafe, we'll propose to move your booking to another available date or offer a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the weather forecasts and will reach out to you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if the conditions seem to be unfavorable.
May I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, you may bring your own food and beverages. We also provide superb catering services and are able to create menu options to suit your taste. Keep in mind that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do you cater to guests with mobility restrictions on your yachts?
We aim to be inclusive to all of our guests. Certain vessels offer more features for accessibility than others. We recommend contacting us during the reservation process to address specific necessities, so we can suggest the most fitting vessel and make any essential preparations.
What is your policy for cancellations?
Cancellations that occur more than 72 hours prior to the departure are eligible for a full refund. Those made between 24 to 72 hours in advance get a 50% refund. Cancellations within the 24-hour window prior to departure will not be refunded, except in cases involving weather constraints or mechanical difficulties originating from our side.
