CommonsResourceCenter offers a range of exclusive yacht charter solutions, among them:

  • Evening yacht tours
  • Business getaways

  • Extended yacht journeys

Our services are subject to change depending on availability and weather conditions. We hold the right to make changes or terminate services as needed.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Requirements for charter reservation include:

  • A minimum age of 18 years
  • Submission of valid and complete information
  • Remittance of the necessary advance payment indicated in the reservation confirmation
  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking becomes official only after we receive your payment and give you our written confirmation. At our discretion, we may decline services to anyone.

3.3 Availability

Charter bookings depend on the availability of the vessels and favorable weather conditions. We will attempt to meet your scheduling preferences whenever possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quoted rates are expressed in € and are inclusive of taxes unless specifically noted. Rates may be revised at our discretion without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • An initial deposit of 50% of the total cost of charter payable at the time of reservation
  • The remaining balance is payable 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure
  • Any additional expenses will be charged after the charter concludes

4.3 Payment Methods

We welcome payments via major credit cards, direct bank transfers, and certified bank drafts. All payments are securely processed through encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • With over 72 hours notice prior to departure: Complete refund, minus transaction fees
  • Between 24 to 72 hours notice: Refund of 50%
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No entitlement to a refund

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If our captain determines weather conditions to be unsafe, your options include:

  • Rescheduling your trip to an alternative date at no added cost
  • A full reimbursement if a reschedule is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Difficulties

Should there be any technical issues with the allocated yacht, we will try to offer a comparable substitute. In the absence of a viable alternative, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Regulations

All guests are required to:

  • Abide by all instructions given by the crew
  • Use safety gear as mandated
  • Inform the crew of any health conditions that might impact their safety on board
  • Stay within the designated areas on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Articles

The following articles are expressly forbidden on board:

  • Glass items
  • Illicit substances
  • Weapons
  • Excessive quantities of non-alcoholic beverages (beyond reasonable amounts for personal consumption)
  • Pets, except those approved beforehand

6.3 Behavior

Passengers are expected to behave in a considerate manner. Charters can be terminated prematurely without refund if passengers' actions become a safety concern or interrupt the experience for others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Liability Terms

Our accountability is limited to the amount paid for the charter. We will not be held responsible for:

  • Personal harm as a consequence of passenger negligence
  • Theft or damage to personal belongings
  • Indirect or secondary damages of punitive nature
  • Delays due to weather or external events outside our control

7.2 Insurance Assurance

We maintain extensive marine insurance that covers our vessels and activities. It is the responsibility of passengers to secure their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Acknowledgement of Risk

Engaging in our charter activities signifies your understanding that such activities carry inherent risks and you agree to accept responsibility for your own safety and well-being.

8. Alterations and Itinerary Amendments

Itinerary, route, or timetable changes may be made due to weather, security concerns, or other operational requirements. We will endeavor to ensure alternatives offered are of comparable value and experience.

9. Acts of Nature and Other Exceptions

Our obligations are void in the event of interruptions caused by situations outside of our influence, which include but are not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Legal regulations
  • Port restrictions
  • Equipment failures

10. Privacy and Data Handling

Your private data is managed according to our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you give your consent for your data to be handled as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property Rights
